Another "Hot" August
Welcome aboard Mark Trusso. “Thank You” for stepping up to the plate &
accepting the SOA Judge Advocate’s Position.
Here it is August
already. It’s not too early to think about saving our nickels & dimes
(quarters if you gott’em). Dues will be due, so let’s think about
renewals before December.
There is an
e-mail going around concerning our “Commander & Chief” about his opinion
concerning our veterans & their health care.
Please, read & think about it.

It has
been brought to my attention that some of you think that the lunches we
serve on Saturday are for the Saturday card players only.
NOT SO, it’s for everyone.

Our
lunches are only $3 and we do have carry-outs. Remember, this is
lunch & not a dinner. Please come out and support our Post.
We put a lot of stuff on our Bartenders & I’m sorry to say I am a contributor to that! But, all Officers & regulars please, remember to pick up your newsletters in the Canteen. If you need it mailed or want to pick it up in the Canteen please, let me know. If you need something posted in the Newsletter, please have it on my desk or in my hands no later than the 20th of the month. Yours in Service, Smitty.
